Arturo Sandoval - Typica Lavado

This batch of our friend Arturo Sandoval is made up of seeds of the Typica or Criollo variety as they also call it in Cosautlán, it was processed with a prolonged fermentation and then washed to give a pleasant and clean acidity with notes of lime, caramel and guava.
