Sudan Rume

El Turpial is a farm located in Nariño, Colombia, between 1,900 and 2,010 meters above sea level, and managed by Emerson Narváez. In this high mountain environment, low temperatures favor slow fruit maturation and the development of dense, complex beans.

This Sudan Rume lot reflects Emerson's precise and experimental approach, combining selective manual harvesting with careful processes to enhance the cleanliness, definition, and aromatic expression of the coffee. In the cup, we find an elegant profile, with floral notes, citrus nuances, and tropical fruit, a bright acidity, and a character deeply linked to its origin.
