Dalston Coffee is a specialty coffee brand born in Barcelona, known for its high-quality coffee and its own café in the city since 2017. Founded by Borja Roselló, who transitioned from a career as a professional chef into specialty coffee after spending two years living in London, the brand reflects that journey in both its name and design. Inspired by the brick houses and colorful awnings of Dalston, the house-shaped packaging is home to carefully sourced and expertly roasted specialty coffee — crafted with precision and a deep commitment to flavor.
