This exceptional batch showcases the SL-28 variety, of Kenyan origin, which finds here, on the heights of Finca Las Alasitas, a unique Bolivian expression.
Grown between 1600 and 1650 meters above sea level in the Caranavi region, this variety benefits from the visionary know-how of the Rodríguez family and their Agricafe project.
To enhance this batch, the producers chose the Honey process, a meticulous preparation method where some of the pulp is retained during drying. This process magnifies the fruit's natural sweetness while providing a smooth texture and a rich aromatic depth.
In the cup, the experience is marked by remarkable indulgence. Rich notes of dried fruit and macadamia nuts are revealed, carried by a silky texture and a sweetness reminiscent of milk chocolate. It's a coffee of perfect roundness and balance.
