Through their project, they strive to reveal all the richness of coffee by creating exclusive nano-lots of remarkable quality.

To achieve this, they meticulously select premium cherries, grown and harvested by small producers in neighboring communities, then transform them, drawing inspiration from traditional practices that they reinterpret with a contemporary touch.
