A Taste of Malaysia with One Half Roastery!

This months Discovery box features a natural Costa Rica with a familiar varietal seen in a lot of Kenyan coffees, SL28. It is a popular coffee variety from Kenya boasting of variety traits like black currant & citrus, and known for its rusticity. 

One Half Roastery is a specialty roastery that focuses on seasonality, harmony, and accentuating origin character. Their roasting style accentuates the origins character without masking too much of it. This results in an aromatic, clean, sweet, and acidity-forward cup; a celebration of our favorite aspects of specialty coffee.
