A Taste of Copenhagen with Sensei Coffee!
Sensei Coffee, Copenhagen, Denmark

If you are a three or four bag subscriber to our Discovery subscription, you will be receiving two coffees from Sensei that are super exciting.

Firstly, A Colombia coffee that is honey-processed, allowing for a balance of sweetness and clarity while retaining the unique characteristics of the terroir. In the cup, it offers a juicy and jammy profile, bursting with notes of dark and purple fruits and subtle hints of mild fermentation. Layers of chocolate and molasses bring depth and warmth, while a pulpy texture adds richness to the mouthfeel.

Secondly, out of Kirinyaga, Kenya, this washed-process coffee showcases the best of the region’s renowned clarity and complexity. This coffee is a refined and delicate experience. In the cup, expect a light and clear floral profile, brightened by zesty lemon notes and underpinned by a clean, elegant structure typical of high-quality Kenyan coffees.

The team at Sensei are based in Copenhagen, Denmark. - A vibrant city that has earned a global reputation of high quality and craftsmanship. As in many other industries, many coffee businesses are actively working towards more transparency and a more ethical way of sourcing coffee. We have the feeling that many coffee businesses in Copenhagen are seeking uniqueness and a personal approach that leads into innovational and experimental techniques of roasting, brewing and serving coffee.

Copenhagen has a strong coffee community, and has hosted international events, like the World of Coffee, which makes the city a destination for coffee enthusiasts.

"This city fosters a culture of excellence —where humbleness is not just appreciated, but expected. There’s a shared understanding here that mastery comes through dedication and continuous learning, and that reflects in how we work every day. Paying attention to the community, keeping an eye on the details and keep on going!

In a city where quality often speaks for itself, we feel inspired to approach coffee with curiosity, respect for the craft, and a constant drive to improve. It’s about honoring each step and staying open in the process. To us every cup is a small victory."

"We are excited to share coffee with all your subscribers and want to know what they think of the coffee. They are always welcome to reach out to our instagram account @_sensei.coffee if you have any questions."
