Victoria Atao and her husband Eudis Orosco manage a small, high altitude farm using traditional Inca methods of agroforestry. Their farm is divided into two plots, Finca Paulette, worked by Victoria, and Finca Bella Vista, worked by Eudis, both processed at the family's wetmill at Finca Bella Vista.
