This natural Geisha comes from Mil Cumbres, a high-elevation farm in Volcán, Panama. We visited Mario and his team last year, cupping in their lab overlooking the slopes and the valley beyond. As we walked the farm - the coffee trees blossoming, the aroma strong in the air - Mario spoke passionately about varietals, processing, and his standard for picking only the ripest “Ferrari red” cherries.
