Roasted February 13, 2026
This decaf lot comes from the El Carmen association, a group of 60 small-scale farmers near Acevedo in southern Huila. Formed to achieve better prices and more stable incomes, the group is led by Mauricio Benavidez and focuses on quality and collaboration. The coffee is decaffeinated using a natural sugarcane process, which preserves sweetness and clarity while gently removing caffeine. Grown at 1800 masl in a mild climate with rich volcanic soil, this coffee delivers a clean and balanced cup with elegant notes of raisin, vanilla, and maple syrup.
