Details
The Peruvian highland contributes to an incredible sweet cup with deep notes of dried fruit. The farm, Nuevo Progreso, grows coffee at an astounding 2,250 meters above sea level. The high altitude creates cold nights, which slows cherry maturation and allows the fruit to build a higher sugar concentration.
