We are very happy to welcome back Nindo Ndajé from the Mazatec region of Oaxaca, Mexico. Now in our fifth year of working together, this coffee represents a deeply valued partnership with the Mazatec indigenous producers, who grow coffee through a fully biodynamic and sustainable approach. No outside chemical fertilisers or pesticides are used, and the cooperative takes great care in maintaining a healthy and diverse environment for the coffee plants to flourish.
This respect for nature and attention to detail shines through in the cup. Nindo Ndajé is smooth and comforting, with a round structure and balanced sweetness. We find flavours of praline, orange and honey, making it an easy drinking and versatile coffee that reflects the harmony between land and people.
