Roasted December 2, 2025
Founded in 2020 in Haro Wolabu, in the high altitude zone of the Guji Highlands (1,900–2,000 m asl), the Gogogu washing station receives cherries from neighboring small farms.
Blessed by fertile red soil, abundant sunshine, and cool mountain breezes, these five- to ten-year-old Wolisho and Dega trees produce exceptional washed-process coffee. After a 60- to 72-hour wet fermentation, the beans are sun-dried for ten days. This batch exemplifies the vigor and youthfulness of Ethiopia's high-altitude coffees.
