Las Nubes

Erika Perez is a first generation coffee producer, and had her first harvest as late as 2024. Her farm Las Nubes, meaning The Clouds, sits at a gorgeous 1600 meters, and this is where Erika grows her Castillo and Variedad Colombia trees. When we first got the chance to try her coffee, her Castillo lot really stood out to us. Elegant, clean and floral, it was just the type of washed coffee we love to work with. That it was so tasty so early on also felt really exciting, and we hope to enjoy more delicious coffeefrom Erika Perez and Las Nubes for many years to come.
