The response to our first Cozy Christmas was so amazing and beyond our expectations that we are already now launching our second Cozy Christmas lot of the season, Jorge Vasquez Yellow Catuai Washed. We have been working with Jorge since 2020, visiting his Roble Negro micromill three times over the years, and hosting the team in Copenhagen in summer last year. Jorge’s work continues to impress us, and his dedication to sustainability and quality is shared by the neighbours he has brought into the project, including Lorena, Alfredo and Daniel. This washed Yellow Catuai is clean and precise with gentle sweetness and soft fruit. Expect brown sugar, apple and nutty notes in the cup.
