Jorge and his family have been producing coffee for generations, and through years of being valued members of the local cooperative, have now been producing wonderfully clean and complex microlots. The family mainly grow Bourbon and Carturra, but are slowly pushing the planting of Geisha and some rare Bourbon varietal, as well as experimenting with new processing methods.
