Grown in the shadow of the Galeras Volcano in Nariño, this coffee brings together the work of around 200 smallholder producers across the Galeras region. It’s a true community lot, built on shared knowledge, consistency, and a deep pride in producing some of Colombia’s most celebrated washed coffees.
Each lot is carefully processed with a 25-hour fermentation before being dried in parabolic dryers with controlled temperature. This level of precision helps ensure an even, stable dry and a clean, balanced cup. It’s a method that highlights the clarity and structure this region is known for, while maintaining a comforting, easy-drinking profile.
We’ve loved working with producers from this area for years. There’s a real sense of care behind this coffee, from the way it’s grown to how it’s processed, and with more farmers joining the program each year, it’s only getting better.
