She doesn’t just grow coffee, she’s constantly researching ways to improve quality and develop new varieties, making the future of her farm even brighter.
Produced at her Pelamayo farm, Geisha coffee has an elegant floral aroma and vibrant acidity. The first sip reveals a bright floral aroma reminiscent of yellow flowers, followed by a subtle citrusy acidity that envelops the palate and maximises the coffee’s character. Finally, a smooth, long finish makes each sip a special experience, as if you were drinking a cup of fine tea.
