JP is both a producer and a roaster involved with Best of Panama, bringing a deep understanding of what makes great coffee stand out. Since taking over Carmen Estate, he’s carefully maintained the incredible work established by the Franceschi family while continuing to refine and elevate the farm’s coffees year after year.
This natural Caturra is a perfect example of why Carmen continues to earn recognition on the world stage. Slowly dried on raised beds to build sweetness and complexity, it bursts with vibrant fruit character and silky texture.
