Full Gravity is a celebration of what natural Brazilian coffees can be. Produced from a selection of Daterra's tree-dried natural lots, it showcases the vibrant fruit character of natural processing while maintaining the balance and sweetness Brazilian coffees are known for.

Daterra has spent decades pushing coffee forward through innovation, quality, and sustainability in the heart of Brazil's Cerrado region. Their estate is divided into more than 200 individual plots, each harvested at its ideal moment to capture the best possible flavour. Combined with years of investment in advanced sorting and processing technology, every step is carefully designed to showcase the unique character of each lot while protecting the land for generations to come.

Our relationship with Daterra goes far beyond sourcing great coffee. Over the years, our team has visited the farm many times, seeing firsthand the incredible care, innovation, and environmental stewardship that define everything they do. We're proud to support Daterra's Tree_llion initiative, a global reforestation project working to restore critical ecosystems and build a more sustainable future for coffee-growing regions.
