Details

This "Cata Reserva Vol. 1" is a limited-release Pink Bourbon produced at the new coffee estate of Cata Export in Huila, Colombia. Grown at 2,000 meters, this lot undergoes a complex multi-stage process, starting with an 84-hour oxidation in open tanks followed by 36 hours of anaerobic fermentation.
