Details
Five years ago, Nestor and his brother Adrian Lasso took over the family farm, focusing on specialty coffee and experimentation, rather than simply growing like their parents. Now, aged 22 and 24, they've partnered with Jhoan Vergara, also the son of a coffee farmer, to launch El Diviso : a collaboration between two farms (El Diviso, run by the Lasso brothers, and Las Flores, owned by Vergara) near Pitalito, in Colombia's Huila region. By combining their expertise, these three young producers have skyrocketed quality.
