We were motivated to establish a roastery by the fact that most of the coffee that people know are mixtures of different origins and qualities. By prioritising quantity over quality, you will reach more people... but that's not as important to us. You don't need coffee to survive. Instead, coffee producers should be getting paid fairly for their product in order to survive and grow. That is a fact and we can do our part and pay more for quality.
