Our festive coffee this year now comes in two joyful expressions and this one is Cardamom Bun. Sourced from our partners at Finca Milan in Colombia, it’s a co-fermented Caturra with cardamom, cinnamon and orange, processed as honey for extra sweetness and texture. Although it follows the exact same process as the Panettone, natural flavour variations can occur and in this case, the difference was significant enough that we felt it deserved its own name. This latest batch leans more into the warm, spiced side of the profile, with notes of cardamom, cinnamon and sugar. Still festive, still aromatic, still perfect for cozy season. Co-ferments bring nuance and personality, and we love how this lot showcases a deeper, bakery-like warmth. It’s comforting, indulgent, and made for slow winter mornings.
