The specialty coffee industry is still young and developing. Based in Calgary, Canada, we’re positioning ourselves to be at the forefront of the whole industry. Not just raising the bar relative to large coffee chains, but raising the bar as compared to the best artisan, specialty coffee roasters in the world, including continuously raising our own bar.

- In 2013, Ben Put, a barista from Phil & Sebastian, won the Canadian National Barista Championship.
- Phil & Sebastian staff and competitors have achieved success in various regional and national competitions, including the Western Qualifier Barista Competition.
- Phil & Sebastian partners with award-winning coffee producers, including the growers of the highly sought-after Finca Sophia Washed Geisha.
- This premium geisha coffee, sourced from the Finca Sophia, achieved a high price at the prestigious Best of Panama auction, underscoring the quality of coffee Phil & Sebastian brings to North America.
