At around 2,037 metres, the station works with some 2,500 smallholder farmers from the nearby communities of Suke and Tobutu, who handpick ripe cherry from small plots grown among native shade trees. This Grade 1 lot is processed as a Kombucha Natural — whole-cherry drying with a carefully controlled, kombucha-inspired fermentation that builds fruit and sweetness while keeping the cup clean.
