
Details
Segundo owns two local farms, located in the La Union area of Cajamarca, Peru. This area is known for its moderate climate, making the maturation of the cherries, as well as the drying, take longer than usual, increasing the flavour and complexity in the cup. This coffee is also produced only with organic fertilisation, using manure and coffee pulp for nutrient support for the soil. This is our first time working with Segundo, but the quality of this coffee is already showing its potential.
