Another coffee from the Huila region of Colombia, this time a pink bourbon from Pablo Rivera. Fermented in the cherry for 72 hours before pulping and placed into a tank for another 36 hours, you'll find flavors like apricot, tart cranberries, and a hint of allspice to round it out. An extremely clean cup, sure to bring you memories off a transition of early autumn to late.
