Details
This is out first time offering coffee from the incredible Nano Challo Cooperative and it will certainly not be our last. Grown at a breathtaking 2,048 meters in Ethiopia's Jimma highlands. Nano Challa coffee thrives in rich, humus-packed red soil under cool forest shade. Ideal for slow cherry ripening and deep flavor development. Each cherry is handpicked, softened and processed with eco-friendly pulpers, then dried on raised bamboo beds over 7 to 11 days for a clean and vibrant cup.
