This is what has inspired Ernesto Menendez to plant coffee plants in the natural forest in the Apaneca-Ilamatepec Mountain Range in Santa Ana, El Salvador. The coffee plants are spread out in the wild and are treated as a part of nature. The coffee is growing very slowly, and the crop is fairly small, but not surprisingly, it has a depth of flavours, and the coffee comes out very complex. \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cdiv\u003eLocated in the forest of the Apaneca-Ilamatepec mountain range, Las Brumas is totally different from any other coffee farm we've ever seen. The coffee trees at Las Brumas are spread out in the forest to be built up as wild grown as possible, without interfering with nature.\u003c\/div\u003e\n\u003cdiv\u003e\u003c\/div\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eWe've began working with Ernesto in 2015, and have been buying the coffee from his farms Las Brumas and Los Andes ever since. It was a relationship that started purely based on geekiness in how to create a really high-end cup of coffee.
