Pacas variety grown by José Angel Lopez in Santa Bárbara in Honduras. It’s soft pear-like fruitiness seques into smooth nutty and milk chocolate. This is José’s second coffee harvest, and first full harvest since beginning to farm coffee for himself just a few years ago.
