Asosatus is an association made up of 65 coffee-growing families, interested in specialty coffee in general and the innovations that are beginning to be created in this field. These families are constantly updated on the trends and technologies applicable to their crops. They firmly believe in a purist vision of coffee, aimed at highlighting the best of each variety. Their main objective is to guarantee the quality of each batch sent, thus seeking to be recognized as a quality benchmark.
Bourbon Aji, a new variety, was discovered 20 years ago in Bruselas, a small coffee-producing village in Pitalito, Huila. This variety, appreciated for its particular spicy-sweet flavor, also offers a high yield, thus supporting the livelihoods of families.
