Beautiful, fruity cup profile makes this coffee a great choice for various types of brew. Cerro San Luis is a micromill run by the two brothers Magali and Alexander Delgado. Along with their families they cultivate coffee in the third generation. They have their own two farms between 1500 masl and 1700 masl, where they grow various varieties like Caturra, Catuaí, Geisha, SL28 and Villa Sarchí. Villa Sarchi is a beautiful varietal that easily holds against high winds and, in this case, results in a great cup profile.
