This lot is carefully prepared by the Cooperative at the Nansebo process station in the Sidama region. Ethiopia is one of the most challenging origins to source coffee from, and we are happy to feature their coffees for the first time here at April. This project is about One farmer, One roaster, and One Coffee. Working together in an honest and transparent way that allows us to grow together in search for the perfect cup of coffee.
