The coffee that Mathieu used for placing 3rd in WBC in 2018, sweet, lot of cinnamon and nice finish of raisin, an unforgettable coffee. As filter, enjoy the flavours of cinnamon, apple, raisin in the smooth mouthfeel.

 

The coffee comes from Costa Rica in the Tarrazu region, the anaerobic process is called Diamante so we named the coffee as the process. We purchased this coffee directly to the Producer Esteban Villalobos.
